Amy Castro and her company, ICTS, have performed several training classes for our company in the areas of interpersonal skills and workplace communication. The classes included hourly workers, supervisors and middle management. She did a wonderful job presenting the information and facilitating the class. She always took the time to learn our organization, needs and associates before training began, which made the classes much more valuable. She tailored each class to each audience, so the information presented maximized their learning. She easily communicated with people at all levels of our organization and was able to get everyone to participate in the hands-on part of the training because the content was tailored to each audience. City of Friendswood

SAIC (Science Applications International Corporation- NASA Contractor)

During the last several years, we implemented several new administrative application systems deployed at NASA Johnson Space Center based on NASA Headquarters program directives. Amongst these are: a new payroll system and two time and labor collection systems implemented at different times. Each implementation had a short timeline dictated by the Headquarter’s program office. With each implementation is the requirement to train users on the new functionalities and features of the new system. We engaged the training services of Amy Castro during these compressed periods. These training activities were instrumental to the successful implementation of these systems. Amy delivered the training in various formats – classroom, auditorium briefings, and one-on-one session. She prepared the training materials and developed the training data. Feedback from the class attendees were very positive; they enjoyed her delivery and her interaction with the class. We will definitely use Amy’s services again when we have future training needs.
